Foodies Festival 
Edinburgh August and November 2017

Can you imagine how thrilled I was when my glamorous friend Charlotte White from Restoration Cake asked me to join her in the Cake and Bake Theatre at Foodies Festival in Edinburgh to demonstrate some of Fanny Cradock's fabulous recipes?

Over three days in August I showed an eager crowd how to make Fanny's Swiss Roll That Never Cracks, Blue Choux Swans and Doughnuts like Fanny's. We had such a laugh!

Charlotte invited me back for more fun and frolics at Christmas where I made Fanny's Bûche (de Noël), her Famous White Christmas Cake and a Choux Paste Christmas Tree.

​It was all so much fun, so much innuendo and so much cake!
